  • 8-hour guarantee for temporary and temp-to-hire placements: If you’re  not satisfied with a recruit’s work, HireWorks will not bill you for the job up to 8 hours.

  • 90-day guarantee for direct hire placements: If our recruit does not work out within the first 90 days of employment, we will provide a free replacement.
